​Infosys is hiring a Full Stack Developer for its global business delivery operations (BPO Service Line) in Bangalore. This position focuses on engineering, scaling, and testing high-availability enterprise web applications. Functioning inside structured Agile squads, you will act as a versatile product developer bridging creative interface design with robust backend computational pipelines. The daily responsibilities cover building responsive front-end user experiences, modeling relational or NoSQL database schemas, constructing secure RESTful API layers, and coordinating with localized DevOps teams to automate continuous code deployments from staging to live production environments.

​Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), MCA, or an Integrated BCA+MCA program from an accredited institution.
• ​3–5 years of professional hands-on software development experience operating across both front-end and back-end technology layers.
• ​Strong proficiency in designing, developing, and testing modular user interfaces utilizing HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, paired with active execution experience in modern framework environments like Angular or React (Reactive programming depth is highly preferred).
• ​Proven expertise in building, optimizing, and securing server-side microservices and RESTful API endpoints using languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
• ​Direct experience managing database architectures—specifically schema design, query optimization, indexing, and system integrations using relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or document-oriented NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• ​Familiarity with creating, maintaining, and running continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate application releases.
• ​Ability to partner closely with infrastructure DevOps engineers to ensure smooth application scaling, container deployments, and environmental consistency across development, staging, and production frameworks.
• ​Functional capacity to execute performance tuning, security hardening, and load testing to ensure highly scalable, robust, and low-latency application structures.
• ​Practical experience working within mature Agile environments, actively participating in iterative sprint planning, daily standup syncs, and retrospective sessions.
• ​Highly structured habits for compiling clean system documentation, workflow diagrams, API specifications, and database architectures to enable seamless developer handoffs.
